Bundlero ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bundlero Shopify application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you install and use our application.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use Bundlero, we process the information needed to create and manage your two-product bundles:

• Store and access information: Your store domain, installation state, and Shopify authentication and session information needed for authorized access to your store.
• Selected product data: The IDs, titles, images, prices, and availability of the products and variants you choose, along with your store currency, to validate your bundle and calculate its price.
• Bundle configuration: Your bundle title, two selected variants, percentage discount, draft or publication status, and the IDs of the Shopify bundle products and variants created through the app.
• Support communications: Your contact details and the information you provide when contacting us for support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Bundlero application.
• Validate selected products and calculate the bundle price.
• Save and edit your bundle configurations.
• Create, update, publish, or unpublish Shopify bundle products on your behalf.
• Communicate with you about your account and provide support.

The current bundle service does not offer customer or order analytics. We also process Shopify privacy requests to handle requests for access to or deletion of app-stored data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or store data with third parties, except:

• As required to provide our services (e.g., Shopify API interactions).
• If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• With service providers who assist in operating our application (e.g., hosting providers), who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Fly.io. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure database access controls.

5. Data Retention

We retain your app-stored data for as long as you have our app installed. Upon uninstallation, we will delete app-stored data about your store within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Shopify bundle products are records in your store's product catalog. Deleting app-stored data does not delete those Shopify products; you can manage them in Shopify.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about your store.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Uninstall the application at any time to stop the app's access to your store.

7. GDPR Compliance

For merchants and customers in the European Economic Area, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process data as a data processor on behalf of merchants (data controllers). We respond to data subject requests forwarded by merchants promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.
